Process

Casting Simulation

Find optimal casting method by a series of computer simulations

Wooden Pattern Manufacturing

Manufacture wooden pattern and flask according to the drawings prepared as a result of the computer simulation

Molding

Mix the molding sand with the resin to fill the upper and lower mold

CORE Manufacturing

Manufacture core that forms the space inside the casting products

Mold Assembly

Assemble the manufactured upper, lower and the core mold

Melting

Melt the scrap iron in the electric furnace and adjust the chemical components of the alloy iron based on the component analysis result

Pouring

Fill the mold with the melted steel

Sand Removal

Remove sand from the mold after the casting product is solidified and cooled down

Riser Cutting and Gouging

Cut and remove the riser and runner attached to the casting product

Heat Treatment

Execute heat treatment to improve mechanical properties of the casting product

Shot Blasting

Shot-blast the surface of casting product to carry on finishing work

Polishing

Carry on polishing work for the welding repair area or the rough parts on the surface

Marking

Measure dimensions of the products and approve for finishing work

Processing

Process the casting product in rough or finish grinding according to the size of drawing

Nondestructive Test

Carry out nondestructive tests to check defects in and out of the steel casting

Shipment

Produce the ordered goods and deliver punctually
